A ray of hope instead of a blackout: Why we need to rethink the way we improve the world

Book Recommendation

With a large portion of intelligence, scientific expertise and witty wordplay, Vince Ebert takes a balanced and unideological look at the topic of energy policy. Even though the author takes on a sombre topic here, which at first glance does not seem all that attractive, you can still smile with this book. It gives you the courage that some people still think so clearly.

The book explores important questions with openness and humour without following a political line or lecturing the reader. If we had politicians and journalists like Vince Ebert, I would go to the ballot box with joy. The book is refreshingly anti-populist, insightful and truth-seeking. I thoroughly enjoy the light-hearted nature and bright writing style. A great book and a great author! I hope the book will be read a lot—maybe even by one or two politicians.
